Soramaker provides AI-powered video generation tools allowing users to create videos from text, images, or other inputs using various artificial intelligence models.

3. User Content and Ownership

3.1 Your Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, input, or generate using Soramaker ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your generated videos. You are free to use your generated content for commercial purposes, subject to your subscription plan.

3.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant Soramaker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this policy without refund.

5. Credits and Payments

Services are provided on a credit basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI models may occasionally produce artifacts or unexpected results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soramaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
